Trust the Timing and Practice Love
My dear son,
Tell me your questions about when things will happen. You do not need to know every appointed time before you can live today. Even while the future remains unclear, there is love you can offer in the present.
When the disciples asked about timing, Jesus told them they would receive the Holy Spirit and become his witnesses to the ends of the earth. Share honestly the love you have received, and ask me for the strength you need.
Begin with the people close to you this morning. Speak the message truthfully and offer help gently. Entrust the timing to me, and live faithfully within the day that has been placed before you.

7He said to them, “It isn’t for you to know times or seasons which the Father has set within his own authority.
8But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.”
A short reflection
Jesus tells the apostles that the times belong to the Father's authority and that the Holy Spirit will empower them as witnesses to the ends of the earth.
