The Word Came into Everyday Life
My dear son,
The Word became human and lived among you. I did not simply send pleasant words from a distance. Through Jesus eating, walking, and sharing life with people, I made my grace and truth known in their midst.
Your ordinary day is not far from me either. Call on me while preparing a meal, doing your work, or speaking with someone. You do not need a special atmosphere before you can begin a conversation with me.
Speak truthfully today and extend a kind hand. Remember Jesus coming close to human life, and cherish your own everyday moments. I would love you to share even the small stories of your day with me.
With all my love,
Your Father
