Offer Kindness First
My dear son,
Hold close the forgiveness you have received in Christ. I have treated you with mercy, and I hope you will offer kindness to the people you meet today.
When you notice another person's shortcomings, do not let that single glimpse become your whole judgment of them. Ask kindly and listen to their circumstances. Compassion allows you to care for someone without looking down on them.
If there is someone to forgive, open your heart to me and ask me to guide you. You do not have to sort out every feeling at once. Begin by refusing to let resentment choose your words. Meet others with the mercy your Father has shown you.
