A Lasting Word to Guide You

My dear son,

Trust my word, firmly established in heaven, and my faithfulness through every generation. The one who founded the earth and cares for all things watches over you today. My love endures through the many changes in the world.

When your plans change, you can decide again what is needed. Keep honesty close as you look for a workable path. Let the word you can trust for the long term remain near the center of your decisions.

Tell me about today's work, and begin calmly. You need not know every circumstance in advance. Lean on my faithfulness as you live faithfully in your own place. The day we share is precious to me.
