Made for a Life of Goodness

My dear son,

When I think of you, I see a treasured work of my hands. There are good things I intend for the life I have made new in Christ. Begin today treating that life as something precious.

You do not have to do enough good to earn the right to be loved. You have already received grace; now you can share it. Begin by helping someone or tending faithfully to the responsibilities in your care.

Do not diminish your worth by continually comparing yourself with others. Do the good within reach of your own hands today. I did not make you and then leave you on your own. I am calling you into this life.
