Offer the Care You Hope to Receive
My dear son,
Give people the respect you hope to receive today. They, too, want their words to be heard and their lives to matter. Your Father wants you to notice one another's hearts in this way.
Give someone their turn, and allow someone who made a mistake time to explain. Consider what care you would need in the same position. Even a small gesture can hold love.
Do the good within your reach without first calculating how much will be returned. Let your understanding of my will appear in today's words and actions. Be generous in offering your neighbors the kindness you hope to find yourself.
