The Strength of Your Heart

Care gently for your body and heart today. Whether your strength is abundant or limited, you are precious to your Father. You do not have to appear strong all the time to draw close to me.

Human strength changes, and possessions can diminish, but life with me remains. Let me be the rock on which your heart ultimately rests. Consider calmly what you can do today and when you need to rest.

Receive needed help gratefully and give care to the work that is yours. I hope you will never measure your worth only by ability and achievement. Your Father will be with you today as the enduring strength of your heart.
