Speaking a Name in Prayer for Peace
My dear son,
I am a Father who looks kindly on his people and gives them peace. I told them to bless one another in my name so they would know that I myself would love and care for them. I want you to know that tenderness, too.
Entrust someone precious to me and pray for their peace. Even when they are beyond your reach, you can pray for them. Tell your Father about your desire to stay close and care for them.
Whose name comes to mind this evening? If you have exchanged welcome news, let us rejoice. May the truth that God looks upon you kindly remain a warm assurance in your heart and in the hearts of those you love.
