Your Life in Faithful Hands
My dear son,
I am a Father who wants to care for your heart and body as well as your thoughts. I want the growth of your faith to reach your words, actions, and rest, rather than remain confined to one corner of life.
I am faithful, the one who called you. You do not have to make yourself complete before you can stand before me. Trust my work of making you holy, and ask for the Holy Spirit's help as you live.
If you learned a little today, let us rejoice. If something remains difficult, you may tell me about that, too. As you let your body rest tonight, be at ease in the knowledge that I love and care for you.
With all my love,
Your Father
1 Thessalonians 5:23–24
WEB23May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it.
A short reflection
