Words to Keep Deep in Your Heart

My dear son,

Today I want to offer you words you can carry for a long time. Instead of gathering many ideas quickly, keep something deep in your heart that you can return to as you live. Receive my teaching as a Father's expression of love.

Listen to my words and keep them close to daily life. I want to teach you to value your life and make good choices. Let love move beyond words on a page into the way you treat people and care for your body.

Share one thought that has stayed with you this evening. There will be more to learn tomorrow; today you may rest. I watch tenderly as you gain wisdom and discover the preciousness of life.

With all my love,
Your Father

21Let them not depart from your eyes. Keep them in the center of your heart.

22For they are life to those who find them, and health to their whole body.
