Entering through the Gate of Gratitude
My dear son,
Come to me gladly, as though you were walking through the door of my house. Picture the welcoming face of your Father. I hope that even on your way to meet me, you enjoy knowing you are loved.
The invitation to enter my courts with thanksgiving is for you too. My goodness and steadfast love will not appear briefly today and then vanish. Let your heart grow generous within a love that continues through the years.
Tell me whatever you want to share this evening. If something makes us smile, let us enjoy it. I want to hear with tenderness how you spent your day and offer you quiet rest as you come near.
With all my love,
Your Father
