Remembering the Source of Your Security

My dear son,

If your day went smoothly, I would love to rejoice with you. There is beauty in gratefully enjoying good things. On such days, notice with warmth the love and help that have been beside you.

You can enjoy happiness without promising yourself that everything will always go well. Receive the grace that has helped you, and keep asking me for wisdom. It makes me glad when you share your laughter with me on good days too.

Come close when you are happy and when you need help. I am a Father you can seek in every season. I want to sit with you and smile on an ordinary, pleasant evening. Let us share today's gratitude.
