Daily Bread and Forgiveness

Think with me about a meal you ate today and the strength you needed to live through the day. Everyday needs are never too small to bring to your Father. Ask me for daily bread and give thanks for what you receive.

If a wrong remains on your heart, tell me and ask forgiveness. As food sustains your life, let the mercy you receive shape how you treat others. Ask for my help when you need to forgive someone, too.

Bring your thanks and apologies together in prayer tonight. Make room for the care you and your neighbors need. I treasure hearing about even the small details of your life.
