Shelter Through the Storm
My dear son,
Like a bird spreading its wings over its young, I want to shelter my children. When you face danger, seek refuge in me and ask for help. I am listening to your prayer for mercy.
While you wait for a difficult time to pass, continue to care for your body and heart. Seek the help and safety you need as you trust me. You can draw near to your Father with your fear honestly expressed.
If you are resting somewhere peaceful tonight, receive that care with gratitude. Offer kindness to people still looking for shelter. May you, too, let your body rest comfortably in the shade of my love.
With all my love,
Your Father
