One Flock under One Shepherd

My dear son,

There are people I love beyond the circle familiar to you. Jesus said he would bring other sheep from outside the fold so they could be together under one shepherd. I want people unfamiliar to one another to hear my voice together.

Do not hold someone at a distance simply because their speech or upbringing differs from yours. Asking a name and hearing a story can make space to walk together. Familiar customs should not become conditions for love.

If you meet someone new today, offer a welcoming look. Make a comfortable place even in a small gathering. Let my love reach beyond the boundaries of the people and ways you already know.
