Seek the Food That Gives Life
My dear son,
Eating and caring for your body are necessary parts of the day. Alongside them, consider what sustains your heart. Jesus urged people to seek the food that leads to eternal life. Let that invitation have a place in your morning.
Value time spent knowing me as much as time spent asking for what you want. I want us to know each other's hearts, rather than meet only when a gift is needed. Listen slowly to what Jesus says.
Tell me what you hope to receive today and what kind of love you hope to learn. Enjoy your food gratefully, and keep my words near. Live this day within the love that gives you life.

WEB26Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, you seek me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled.
27Don’t work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him.”

Jesus tells the crowd seeking him after eating the bread to seek the food for eternal life that the Son of Man gives.
