The Right Time for Kindness
My dear son,
Let even your morning greeting show care for the person receiving it. Good words may not feel welcome if they loudly wake a resting neighbor. Love includes the patience to wait for a considerate moment.
A piece of happy news will not lose its joy because you save it for later. Choose a time when someone can listen comfortably, and speak gently. Your care will be easier to receive when you remember that their day matters too.
I delight in your cheerful heart. Let thoughtfulness grow alongside it. When you greet someone today, care for their time and their rest as well as the words you want to share.
With all my love,
Your Father
