Memories to Pass On

My dear son,

I want the love I have given to continue beyond your generation. There is beauty in hearing the praise of those who came before and in watching those who follow rejoice in the grace you have received.

You do not need to make your story impressive. Speak honestly about moments of gratitude and ways you came to know my faithfulness. Listen to other people's stories, too, and praise my goodness together.

When you meet someone today, you can offer more than a lesson. Share a story of love you can enjoy together. May gratitude flow between generations, and may voices continue to rise in praise of my righteousness.

With all my love,
Your Father
