Look as Wide as the Sky
My dear son,
As you look at light filling the sky, think of my love. My righteousness is like the mighty mountains, and my justice like the great deep. They are greater than you can take in at a single glance.
My care reaches beyond human beings. I care for the animals in the fields and the small creatures beside you. The day given to you rests within this wide love, too. Receive that gift with a peaceful heart.
Look kindly at the living things you notice today. Treat a stranger or a small animal with care. I want to walk with you as you learn to love the world that is dear to me.
