Known by Your Love
My dear son,
I hope people will recognize you as Jesus' disciple through the way you love today. Your Father wants your words of devotion and your treatment of nearby people to belong closely together.
Love one another as Jesus loved you. Welcome the joy of those around you, and offer the help you can when something is difficult to carry. Keep respect in your words even when you disagree.
You do not need to wait for an extraordinary event to find an opportunity for love. Listen fully to a story and continue faithfully in care you have promised. May the love you share help people come to know Jesus.

WEB34A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another.
35By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
A short reflection
Jesus gives the new command to love one another as he has loved his disciples and says this love will identify them as his followers.
