Peace for Your Heart
My dear son,
As your day begins, receive the peace Jesus left with his followers. This peace reaches deeper than the brief relief of having everything go your way. Accept the gift while leaning your life on your Father.
If worry enters your heart, tell me as you are; you need not become calm first. If the day is peaceful, enjoy that peace with gratitude. Whatever you feel, we can speak about it together.
Attend carefully to today's work without handing your whole heart over to a single result. Depend on the peace Jesus gives as you do your part. Keep speaking and listening with your Father through the day.
