God Is Greater Than Your Heart
My dear son,
Even when your own heart condemns you, I hope you will not hide from me. I am greater than your heart, and I know even what you cannot fully explain. Your thoughts alone do not have the final word about you.
Tell me honestly where you have done wrong. Where you need to turn around, let us walk that way together. I will help you express love in truthful actions instead of leaving it only in words.
Tonight, speak freely, as though we were sitting together. Bring me both your joy and your shame. Before me, the one who knows everything, you can be truthful and still rest with a heart that is reassured.
