The Shepherd Who Knows You

There is a love that knows and cares for you as a shepherd recognizes the sheep. Your Father does not need every detail explained before recognizing you. Come close tonight, trusting that attentive love.

Jesus is the good shepherd who gives his life for the sheep. His love reaches beyond instructions from a distance; he gives himself. In that gift, you can see the depth of the love on which you may build your life.
