Hope Held in a Seed

My dear son,

I treasure the hands that carry seed out into a field. Even before there is a harvest to see, sowing is work filled with hope. Look back with me on what you did out of love today.

If there are days when you sow with tears, tell me how that feels. As you wait for restoration, you can look toward gathering with joy. A harvest that does not arrive on your timetable does not make today's good work insignificant.

Tonight, pause from reaching to check the results. I am here with you. Entrust the love you planted to your Father, and rest your body and heart with room for hope.

With all my love,
Your Father
