Look at the World Outside

My dear son,

Today I want to look with you at the world I made. The expanse of the night sky and the pattern of a small leaf each have their own beauty. Will you pause and tell me what you notice?

You do not need to travel far to discover something wonderful. Even one nearby living thing reveals variety when you look closely. I made this abundant life with wisdom, and your own precious life belongs within it.

Keep today's beauty with gratitude. Care gently for what I have made. Let us share the pleasure of looking at the world together, and bring this night to a peaceful close.

With all my love,
Your Father
