Your Times Are in My Hands

My dear son,

As your Father, I know how precious the time of your life is. Tonight, share the day behind you and the days ahead with me. Tell me about your plans and ask about the things you have not yet decided.

You do not have to keep every season under your control. When a moment does not go as you hoped, you can still trust me. I am the Father to whom you can entrust your future while doing your own part faithfully.

Place the time that has not yet come into tonight's prayer. Now is the time to finish this day and rest your body. Let the peace of leaving your times with me help you settle down.
