The Highway That Turns from Evil
My dear son,
I want to commend to you the clear road of an upright life. On it, you need not add a new wrong to cover an old one or seek advantage through deception. That path helps guard the life entrusted to you.
Turning away from evil may appear to cost an opportunity for gain. Even so, keep harmful choices at a distance. The life and relationships you hope to preserve matter more than a passing convenience.
Consider today's route and ask me for wisdom. Honor necessary commitments and boundaries, and turn away from what should be avoided. With love, I will help you choose the road where you can live truthfully beside me.
With all my love,
Your Father
