Praying for Every Nation's Joy
My dear son,
I delight in hearing nations call on me in their different languages. People living far away, as well as those near you, are precious to me. I watch over them and guide them with justice.
I want your happiness to grow alongside your neighbors' happiness. When someone's appearance or culture is unfamiliar, treat their life with care. I want to nurture in you the desire for everyone to live with dignity and peace.
Include distant neighbors in your prayers for yourself this morning. You can begin nearby with a warm greeting to someone you meet. I want to look ahead with you toward the day when all nations rejoice and praise me together.
With all my love,
Your Father
