Hold My Word and Grow

My dear son,

Let my word settle deeply in your heart today. Like good soil that receives and holds a seed, welcome what you hear and keep it close. Return to it in daily life after the first feeling of inspiration passes.

Share yesterday's lesson of love with someone today, and practice the honesty you have learned in a small matter. Fruit does not all appear on the day a seed is planted. Give what is growing within you time.

Ask your Father for strength to keep listening and practicing. When you discover a shortcoming, correct it and continue growing. I will care for the time you spend holding my word in a good and honest heart.
