Choose carefully what you welcome into your heart today. Your words and actions flow from there, so tending it matters. Your Father wants goodness to grow within you.

It is all right to step away for a while from conversations that continually feed comparison or anger. Keep truthful words, people you appreciate, and opportunities to love close at hand. You need not shut out every emotion; pay attention to where those feelings lead.

If your heart becomes unsettled, tell me. Ask what to hold close and what to release as you go through the day. Care for your heart as carefully as you would protect the source of fresh water.
