A Song of Remembered Help
My dear son,
When you remember help you have received, tell your Father about it. Let your thanks become a song or a brief prayer. I want to hear, in your own voice, how you have learned to lean on me.
I am the Father you can ask for strength and the shield you can trust. Today, let your heart make room for the confidence that you can entrust things to me instead of having to guard everything yourself.
When something brings gratitude to mind, pause to enjoy it before moving on. You may also want to thank the person who helped. Live today trusting me and taking pleasure in the grace you have received.
With all my love,
Your Father
