Peace Behind Closed Doors

My dear son,

Tonight I want my first greeting to you to be peace. I can draw near before you have put every feeling in order. Tell your Father freely whatever story you have been holding inside.

As Jesus came to the disciples behind closed doors and offered peace, my grace reaches toward you. Ask for the joy of resurrection and the Spirit's help as you entrust your life to me. You are accompanied as you go into the world.

Tomorrow, offer someone a kind greeting from the peace you have received. Tonight, receive that greeting in your own heart first. May this time with your Father be filled with quiet rest and gratitude.

With all my love,
Your Father

21Jesus therefore said to them again, “Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.”

22When he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit!
