Your Heart Needs Nourishment, Too
My dear son,
As you receive food for each day, make time for your heart to receive life as well. Tonight, draw close to Jesus and stay awhile. Take your time receiving the love of your Father in what you read.
You can believe in and rely on Jesus, the bread of life. Enjoy the eternal life he gives as you consider what truly fills your heart. I want to share with you the depth of my life-giving love.
Tell me what stays with you as you read. Ask for what you need, and share your gratitude. Give your heart some care tonight, as you would your body, and rest holding the love you have received.
