Love at the Start of the Day
My dear son,
Offer a line of song this morning as you remember your Father's love. Receive the grace I have given with gratitude. Leave room to share your heart with me as your day begins and ends.
Set out in the morning looking toward the one who loves you. In the evening, we can look back together. Tell me in your own words what was good and whom you appreciated. Simple words are enough.
May my love and faithfulness belong at both ends of your day. In busy moments, recall the song you sang this morning. Enjoy the happiness of living with your Father in this ordinary day.
