I Hear You When You Are Afraid

You can call your Father when you feel afraid. You do not need to find brave words before you approach me. Tell me plainly what makes your heart tremble. There is room for that truth here.

I am listening for your voice. You do not have to handle every fear by yourself. Ask for the help you need, and let the kindness of other people support you as well.

Tonight, place your heart before me without dressing it up. If you feel calm, enjoy that peace. If you are anxious, let us talk about it. Rest in the tenderness of knowing you can ask your Father for help.
